[support] internal url??

Hi,
Please tell me how to write the url that must go in the 
administration,settings, user, in the field that says, URL of picture to 
display for users with no custom picture selected. Leave blank for none." I 
type in " /drupal/files/pictures/HandCircle2.jpg" and that is not working. 
BTY I do have the image things come up for stories and comments but the 
global avatar isn't going through because I don't know how to write the url. 
Please help.
