Yes thank you, that was helpful to locate where to look,
but interesting enough the issue is under;
.title, .title a {
  font-weight: bold;
  font-size: 1.3em;
  color: #006666;

I took a chance and changed the default color and 
YEP, that worked just fine for my needs, thanks again.

You can do this by editing your theme's stylesheet, probably style.css.

The code you're looking for would be:

.block h2 { ... }
