[support] Banner Module

Greg,

For the admin user I have set -

administer banners
manager banners
show banners
upload banners

I created a different role called Admin that the admin user is part of.
This is the column under permissions I have checked.

Just as a test, I selected "authenticated user" to be able to manage
them as well.
