[support] Problem with sidebar menu items

I believe this is the essence of this issue:

http://drupal.org/node/60387

I discussed it with chx on irc for a little while and then couldn't
consistently repeat the problem with a fresh 4.7 installation. If you
can provide concrete steps to repeat that would help. Also provide
steps in 4.6 to show how it worked there would help to show that it is
a regression (though that doesn't mean it will necessarily get
fixed...only a working patch guarantees that :) ).

Regards,
Greg
