[support] language support/i18n questions

Hi,

i18n had issues with statistics/access_log ( number of reads for a node
displays incorrectly for seconday language) in 4.6 . Is this still an issue
as of 4.7?

Also, if we are to use i18n with multisite should the locale and i18n tables
be shared or seperate?
