[support] Strange issue

Hi Jason,
I have a control panel, and checked, but there is no link to logs.
There is however a logs folder when I log in to the FTP site. I will
check it and see if that contains anything worthwhile.

Most hosting companies should provide you your own access/error log
(for your domain). Do you have a control panel where you can download/
view those?
