[support] Changing 'Username' to 'UserID'

The easiest way (though it's kind of hackish) is to use the locale
module. Just make a new locale, start it with a copy of the english one
(or whatever the language of the site is) then "translate" the parts you
want to change. Use that for your site's default locale.
