[support] Do you *really* have to be a programmer - was Re: Newbie question on concept

You are right, Earnie, but we really mustn't forget to make it clear that
there are tons of customizable features in Drupal where no programming is
necessary at all. And you can learn it all in the Drupal built-in help and
in the drupal.org handbooks.
