[support] How would i best go about setting up a podcast and feed in Drupal 5.x

Hi there,
Well the subject line contains the question, but let me elaborate
further:
What modules would people out there recommend for setting up a podcast
and feed that are relatively easy to use for a newbie to Drupal? Is
podcasting functionality already built into Drupal 5 or is it something
that could be enhansed with modules of some kind?
