[support] CCK and blank admin page

New to Drupal ...

On Mac with MAMP just installed.

I've installed the CCK module and am trying to install some of related modules.

If I try to enable any of the following modules, my Administer page
goes blank ... haven't a clue as to why.

Option Widgets
Phone - CCK
User Reference
Zipcode - CCK

Be gentle ... years ago, I had lots of experience with Cold Fusion on
Windows, but none with PHP or LAMP/MAMP.
