[support] Can not see the user name and logout link when authenticated user log in

  When I posted to mail list, I did not change the "user login" block  configure, all are default setting, I also can see the login window, but can not see the logout link for autherticated user
   
  But now I had more troube, I click the check box "show block for specific roles" for "autthenticated user" under "user login" block. I can ot go back to admin to reset it, plus there is no login window and logout link.... do you know how to set it back?
   
  BTW, how to reply the email from maillist thread?

I'm likely just about as new :-).    When you create an authenticated user, that use only has the permissions  granted to that role by the admin.  Go to administer, the look for  something like "roles" or "user permissions" (I am using 5.0, may not be  the same).  The Admin can control what parts of the site are visible to  the various roles (such as authenticated user).  The default is to not  give much authority to a role.
