[support] New Installation to a sub-directory

I found the answer. It has nothing to do with Drupal. I use Plesk as
my server interface and for some unknown reason in the default set-up
it provides a directory called css with the three files mentioned
above in. They conflict with Drupal. Any ideas why please?
