[support] whoops! Changed settings.php and now get redirected to "Database Configuration" page.

If it is truly a permissions problem (though I don't recall seeing this
behavior for that problem), then set the file to read-only for owner and
group and nothing for other.

Shouldn't the $db_url be different also? Or did you create a database using
Drupal's default settings?
