[support] Pages show up blank

Can you check your server to see if you have the PHP mbstring library
installed. I had this exact problem, blank pages for anonymous user,
only when caching was installed. My also went away when I turned off
caching.

I was able to trace it back to not having the mbstring library in our
build of PHP.

Oddly enough, I turn off caching for the site, and now it's fine. Odd.
