[support] theme issue

What Laura's saying is that when you are in the blocks admin setting it 
to <none> is theme dependent - so make sure you are on the tab for your 
theme when setting the block settings or else it won't work - another 
way to put it is if you set the block heading to <none> in Garland the 
header won't show up in Garland but it will still show up in Abac.
