[support] search issue

Hi all,

I am having a spot of trouble after upgrading to 5.2 from 4.7. On my 
site, I have a search box on the upper right. It worked fine in 4.7 but 
now it sends you to a page that says content error, but if you click 
"content" tab, it works fine. I have played with the form a bit but 
can't figure out how to send the info from my form to the results page.
