reveal me a thing : only the admin can see the two views in IE or Firefox.

Then I cheked the parameters :
- in the "Access control panel", for anonym/authentifcated user  :  views module    access all views, yes for both,
- by editing the view : I allow the access at the anonym/authentifcated user.

and ... no view, except for the admin.

How I can resolve this ?

Disabling a module is enough for deactivating it. Some modules also
have an unistaller to remove their database settings and tables, which
you can run from the Unistall tab at the top of the modules page, but
only while you have not deleted the module's directory.

Not very likely. Something else must be going on. Did you login as the
same user in both browsers?
