[support] upgrading from drupal 5 to drupal 6? modules?

Hi,
this is an easy question.
I'd like to upgrade to drupal6, but I don't know if it is possible: I'm using many modules that are not still porting to drupal6, for example the notify module, the disknode module, etc.
Do you think that modules for drupal 5 have no chance to run in drupal6?
