[support] Unable to login to site or add products to cart in IE6

I had problems logging in using IE6 (but no other type of browser) when my
domain name contained an underscore character.  I got rid of the 
underscore and
it worked.  I did not know that underscores where not supposed to be used in a
domain name but all browser allow it except IE.
