[support] Drupal 6 admin menus not saving

I have a copy of Drupal on the web and a local copy which is a copy of  
the code and the database.

The local copy seems ok, but the web copy won't save changes to  
menus.  There are no error messages, nothing in the log, the menu just  
reloads as it was, without the changes.

This is the first time I've made changes to the menu, so I don't know  
if it every worked.

I'm new to Drupal so I don't even know where to start looking.

Any help would be appreciated.
