[support] Installation Help

Hi,
Please forgive the newbie question. I installed Drupal 5.something then 
tried removing it and installing 6.2 in its place. Now I have all the 
information that should be available on the Drupal pages (links and 
text) minus the background formatting (the blue background, the Drupal 
logo, the left column, etc). How do I get the background images and 
formatting back?
