[support] content type notebook

hello guys,

I am working on e-learning project which requires a scribbling pad
like feature in which students can add/edit the content and save them.

I have rough idea on how to make it.

         1. To create a content type notebook
         2. To define permission like students can edit/add content
and save/retrieve them
         3. The node must be displayed as block parallel video and it
should be ready for use i.e content adding or editing like editor all
time

Now what i need is,a node must be created automatically as soon as a
student registers and it should be displayed as blocks with edit
option,  scribbling pad of one user cant be accessible to other uses
how can i make it possible ?

I tried node as block drupal module it just displays teaser of a node as block.

I am looking forward for your suggestion.
