[support] Front Page

I am quite sure that I have no page called default.htm on the web-site.   

I created a piece of content ... this Page content type was promoted to 
be the front-page.  
Let's say this content has node-id is 100.
Using the standard Path module and Clean-Urls, I created a path alias 
for this node-id 100 to default.htm.
