[support] user roles administrator

[Marolijo - Pol maresma]

I found it! 
For me will be better let a role assign roles to other users, without need
to let them change the roles permissions.
 
Is it possible?

Hello, I have a role admin that have to be able to create new user an assign
roles to it.
Where is this permission? I can't see it.
