[support] sorting highest rated items and displaying image + link

Hi,

I cannot seem to get a view working that will display the images that have received the highest vote based on the vote tally of all votes on an image divided by the number of votes that have been cast. 

I  want to display the image and link for the highest-rated images on the site in a block on the front page. 

Is there any code that has already been written to achive this?

If not, do you think it would be better to use a sort algorithm and a few functions to display the appropriate results?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
