[support] TinyMCE

When I bring up one of the dialog boxes, like insert image or html they
display {$lang_theme_code_title} and whatnot instead of proper titles. In
the case of the html box it no longer even shows the code for the page
anymore. I have disabled the module and ran the uninstall and then
reinstalled a new version of the module. Also note that I installed TinyMCE
3 instead of 2.1 to begin with and since changing back to 2.1 I can't fix
the problem. Here is a video of the problem

I am just wondering what are the steps necessary to completely remove
TinyMCE module from Drupal. I am having some problems, and disabling the
module, uninstalling it and deleting it from the modules folder, removing
instances of TinyMCE from the system table don't seem to fix the issue. Any
help would be greatly appreciated as I am now forced to use FCKEditor which
has some limitations for linking to nodes.
