Hi,

Just use the block visibility settings to not show your header and  
sidebar blocks for the required URL(s). If you can't get the result  
you desire from a simple URL pattern (e.g. path* or path/*) then you  
should look at PHP block visibility settings at http://drupal.org/node/60317
