[support] Restrict to more than one menu on node add

The menus are ``fancy'' blocks.  The navigation menu visibility can be 
controlled just like all blocks in the admin/build/block UI.  The only 
method I can think of without programming (read: adding modules) to 
control the menu addition is to create a grandparent menu and let it be 
the value for "Restrict parent items to" setting.

grandparent (User Menu Block)
  parent1 (User Menu Item)
    mynode1 (User Node assigned to User Menu Item)
    mynode2
  parent2
    mynode3
    mynode4
