[support] E-mail to RSS Feed for Support Mailing List?

Inhabiters of the support list:

Over on the Development list <http://lists.drupal.org/listinfo/development>,
Robin has just set up an e-mail to RSS
set-up<http://lists.drupal.org/pipermail/development/2008-March/029125.html>so
folks can subscribe to the list via RSS.

Two questions:

1. Has this been done for this list (Support)?
1.a If it has, what is the feed URI

2. If it hasn't been done, does it need to be set up by an administrator, or
can I volunteer to do it.
