[support] First Term of every taxonomy missing from views filters

Hi I have a problem with my Views. I created a custom view and set up a
filter for a few vocabularies however the first term of each vocabulary is
missing from the exposed and hidden filters. I'm not sure what is wrong,
anyone have any ideas?
