[support] Anyone getting a lot of spam recently?

With the level of expertise of our users, captcha has served to block 
legitimate human responses as well.  Sigh.  That said, I'd already 
planned on reinstating recapthca at the request of my boss ... I was 
just providing feedback for the initial inquiry.
