[support] Footnotes & Citations?

I run a journalistic corporate accountability site, crocodyl.org, and we
are looking for a solution to include detailed footnotes of all of our
sources at the bottom of each node.

Such as: time of citation, URL, name of source, etc..

I looked at all of the modules but could not find one that offers this
specific functionality, has anyone seen this implemented on a Drupal
site?  If so, could you provide links?
