[support] Input Formats

Hello,

Is it possible to configure the Input Format "Filtered HTML" to allow 
additional tags? I don't want to give "Full HTML" access to users.

Some users are making their pages on a word processor and then "Save as 
HTML" (ggrrr!!!!). The resulting HTML doesn't have any line breaks, but 
it uses paragraph tags. I would like to allow paragraph tags in Filtered 
HTML.
