[support] Upgrading Drupal 4.7.2 to 5.7 and CCK breaks existing Paging

I'm upgrading a Drupal 4.7.2 site to 5.7, I've done this several times
before but this is the first time I've run into this particular issue.
 Paging has stopped working.
I already posted this as a support request at
http://drupal.org/node/258014, but there were no responses so I
thought I'd try here to see if anyone else has come across this.
