[support] error installing drupal

Yes, the settings.php file is there (please correct me if I'm wrong,  
but doesn't the default.settings.php become settings.php?)

Yes, I changed permissions.

I removed all files, and I'm about to try again. I'm starting to  
suspect my FTP client is corrupting things...
