[support] Importing Drupal users from one site to another with passwords

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a module that would allow you to import
users from one Drupal site to another with the passwords.

The user import module allows you to import passwords, but that doesn't help
much given they are encrypted.

I suppose I can always use the import module and then write a script to move
the encrypted pwd from the old site to the new one, but wondering if there's
something that exists that does that.
