Hello,

I like to use similar to smplenews with some modification.

If somebody subscribing to a mailing-list (s)he is adding to mailman 
database. Same if unsubscribe. Only from drupal admin environment can 
send newsletters (but maybe it is a mailman setting). Everybody can 
subscribe to html/plain text newsletter. The administrator can add and 
remove e-mail addresses to the list. The administrator can modify the 
default letters in the admin area.
