[support] any queue system module for D5 (hook_cron)

I don't know if it exists, but I programmed a module which had 1
function to push function and parameters saving then in a table; and a
hook_cron which start a counter, and executed functions for 5 seconds.
Simple but useful.

I could send you my code to use as a start point.
