Hi,

I am pretty sure that you can't do refunds in ubercart.

However if you want to refund with paypal you have to do this via the  
paypal website.

In any case you can only do a refund on PayPal for 60 days after the  
purchase, then you need to send the money to them.

In e-Commerce 6.x-4.x refunds are implemented and if the payment  
gateway supports it (as the ec paypal module is) the refund will be  
processed right back to the payment processor like paypal.
