[support] Plesk 8 to 9 best for Drupal? (on Centos)

APC (Advanced Php Cache) does the same thing as eAccelerator. They both
have (almost) identical performances, they divide per 2 the PHP
execution time.

APC is maintenained by Zend (people who maintain PHP), and will be
integrated to PHP 6 core engine.
