[support] Export and Import module

Hi All,
I have two sites, 1) using Drupal 5 and the 2) using Drupal 6. I want to synchronize several content such as nodes, users information from Drupal 5 to Drupal 6, can you advice me which module to do these tasks? Thanks and await for your prompt response.
