[support] Getting Garbled Chinese

Hi,

I am new to drupal. After successfully installing the package on my server,
I prepared some post in Chinese for publication. But the Chinese characters
were rendered garbled when I hit save. I've already set my web server
character-set configuration to utf-8. Could anyone tell me what I shall do?
