[support] Setting up Primary Links with Secondary Links dependent on Primary

Under the Administer > Site building > Menus > Settings page
(www.example.com/admin/build/menu/settings), set both the primary and
secondary links settings to the same menu (usually 'Primary Links').

hello,
i migrate to dto drupal from joomla so i am a newbie here.
i want to do this: http://drupal.org/node/263438.
i have drupal 5.14 and the minarelli template. I don't understand what i
have to do to show the 2nd level primary links as secondary links.
Can anyone help me?
