[support] Anonymous can post in forum but has to wait mod approval

hi
I forgot to mention that i don t want other roles having to choose
whether the content is published or not.
In other words anonymous can post but needs approval while
authenticated can post without approval, i think i need a way to set
different workflow depending on the role.
