[support] user connection issue

Hello Greg,

Thanks for replaying too :)

I had some troubles with upgrading from 4.7 to the latest version of Drupal
because i have some third parties modules and some custom code :/

I'm considering, in the near future, disabling these modules and then
upgrade from 4.7 -> 5 -> 6 :)
