[support] a "view" with 2 blocks

Go to the admin blocks page, find the block that isn't showing up and  
click on the link, "configure". Look closely at the visibility settings.

Remember also that blocks as set by theme: so make sure you are set  
right for the theme on which you want the blocks displayed.
