[support] Views Sorting Trouble

Glad I could help! Another module I'd suggest looking into is Node
Relationships (http://drupal.org/project/noderelationships) - I use it
in every site where I am using nodereference fields. It handles
backreferences very nicely (which in your case would let you easily
display all Academic Programs on the Academic Division node page), and
has a number of node reference extras, like the ability to create or
search for an Academic Division when creating an Academic Program node.
