[support] anonomous users and $_Get variables

OK, here's a test page with a simple form (which is intended to print 
out what is placed in the form - code is included on page):

http://library2.lehigh.edu/content/test

You will see the form "works" the first time but subsequent attempts do 
not "refresh".

NB: All caching is disabled!  We are at version 6.
