[support] Anonymous User Content Publishing

Hi,

Scenario

I need for anonymous users to post content online for free, the user should
be able to add the content to the website and also input his/her email,
after posting they get a redirection to a page that will ask them to check
their email to activate/publish their content. They should receive an email
with an activation link so that they confirm they are ready to publish.

Anyone with an idea this is the closest i got *
