I have used hetzner and only problem I faced that the security is an
issue. I moved out of hetzner due to repeated attacks which used to
saturate the bandwidth. Other have faced issues such as machines being
compromised.
 If your budget allows, try webfaction.com managed server, I am using
the services for past 4 years.
